9. Delivery Policy, Catering Services and Pre-orders
9.1 All products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer within Abu Dhabi Island. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for deliveries made to incorrect or untraceable addresses based on the information provided. While we strive for punctual deliveries, unforeseen factors like traffic and adverse weather conditions might lead to delays. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact the customer and inform them that the items have been returned to the bakery, awaiting further instructions.
9.2 For deliveries, the minimum order value is AED 100.
9.3 To ensure the highest quality standards and efficient delivery, orders should be made a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in advance prior to the desired pickup or delivery time. The minimum time depends on Knead capacity and delivery schedule.

10. Cancellation Policy
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for pre-order cancellations to receive a refund. Orders not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. For catering orders, a 48-hour notice is required. Please note that once a catering order is confirmed, payment must be made in full.
11. Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated in our product descriptions, our items may contain or come into contact with allergens such as dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, coconut, tree nuts, flour, chocolate, milk, and sugar. Knead Bakery cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of products that do not explicitly state the absence of these allergens.
